What payment methods do you accept?

"We offer convenient payment methods to enhance your shopping experience. At checkout, you can securely complete your purchase using Visa or online banking options. For products available for pre-order, a two-part payment structure is in place: an initial payment of half the approved price is required upfront, followed by the remaining balance upon completion of your order. Please note that we do not support cash on delivery transactions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these payment terms."

What is your return policy?

1. Return Period: Customers may return any product purchased from Louzache within the first week from the date of receiving the product.

2. Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

3. Refund Amount: Upon returning the product within the stipulated period, customers will be eligible for a refund. However, please note that refunds will only amount to 50% of the original purchase price.

4. Return Process: To initiate a return:

  • Provide the order number, product details, and reason for the return.

  • Once approved, follow the return instructions provided by our team.

5. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

6. Refund Process: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

7. Exclusions: Certain products may not be eligible for return or may have specific return conditions due to their nature. Any such exceptions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase or on the product page.

8. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund as deemed appropriate.

9. Changes to the Policy: Louzache reserves the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any updates.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
